Creating and uploading your own artwork
 For best print results it is recommended that you provide a PDF file from programs such as Illustrator, CorelDraw, Quark etc. (vector based design software). But you are also welcome to supply your artwork as a PSD or TIFF file from Adobe Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro or almost any other program that can export a TIFF, BMP or other high quality bitmap file.
We are not that fussy but if at all possible, please supply your artwork with a 3 to 5mm bleed (whats bleed?? see below) and CMYK colours. If you don't know what CMYK colours are, just supply as normal and we will convert them for you and show you a proof. Any bitmap graphics must be at least 300 DPI (300 pixels per printed inch, see below). 600dpi is recommended for best results.
If you are sending artwork from vector based software (i.e. Illustrator, quark etc) please convert fonts or curves or outlines if possible.
DPI and how it works..
DPI stands for 'Dots Per Inch'. Basically it is the amount of pixels we print per printed inch. So if you want to print a photo that measures 3 inches wide when printed, the photo must be at least 900 pixels wide for best results. Theses files can get very BIG! So please remember to ZIP any TIFF files before uploading. Don't know how to ZIP? Don't worry just send it anyway and we promise to be nice about the whole thing. HINT: If you are designing a business card in PhotoShop or Paint Shop Pro your canvass size should be 1050 x 639 pixels as a business card measures 2.13 x 3.50 Inches. (2.13 printed inches = 639 pixels). Using double that size if best if possible.

Make that artwork BLEED!
When something is printed, it is not printed directly onto the finished size stock, i.e. if you are printing an A5 flyer, the printer does not print your artwork straight onto a sheet of paper that is A5 size. It is printed on a piece of paper larger than A5 and then trimmed to size afterwards on a guillotine.
When designing your artwork, make sure your canvas size is 3 - 5 mm bigger all around the outside so the guillotine has something to trim off.
